our philosophy
sāncta is a modern wellness sanctuary designed for women who seek excellence not only in how they move, but in how they live.
A premier reformer pilates studio, we offer instruction rooted in the classical method, balanced with a flair of contemporary athleticism, and informed by the embodied intelligence of professional ballet.
our studio
Our TriBeCa studio was designed with the same intention we bring to every session: considered, precise, and beautiful.
We call it architectural choreography — where light, materiality, sound, and intentional spatial flow work in concert with the body. Every detail serves the work: the quality of instruction, the caliber of equipment, the sensory atmosphere, the care extended to every member.
This is a space where your practice can unfold beautifully without distraction, held to the same standard you hold everything else. Because your time, your attention, and your body deserve exactly that.
our method
The signature sāncta method™ is built on biomechanics, intelligent strength training, and kinesthetic depth. We believe that elevated instruction, grounded in anatomical knowledge and the art of movement, transforms not just your body but how you carry yourself through the world. The body, when truly understood, becomes your most eloquent expression.
We offer in-studio reformer pilates classes, tailored to your needs.
-
Our tower reformer group sessions are intimate by design, led by instructors with classical Pilates certification and professional dance backgrounds. Each class is programmed with anatomical precision and intelligent strength training principles, and taught with deep kinesthetic awareness.
Includes Tower Reformer and Wanda Chair

A private session at sāncta is the most direct and complete expression of what we do. Your instructor builds every session entirely around your anatomy, your history, and your goals, drawing from the full classical apparatus and a depth of knowledge grounded in biomechanics, intelligent strength training, and refined teaching method.
This is the savoir-faire of true movement education — elevated, unhurried, entirely yours.
